Privacy
In short: we collect only what we need to answer you. We do not send your request, quote or details to contractors, and we do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to marketing brokers or advertising networks.
Who we are
lawnmowing.directory and finalist.cc are run by Our Landmen LLC, 1501 S. Greeley Hwy, Ste C #1363, Cheyenne, WY 82007. Phone (307) 263-8515. Privacy contact: hello@lawnmowing.directory.
What we collect
- What you send us. The checklist form asks for the ZIP code of the lawn, the lot size, the work you want done, the gate and pets, how often and when, any notes, and your name, email and phone. It goes to the same desk as finalist.cc. What you send on finalist.cc itself is covered by the finalist.cc privacy page.
- Server logs. Google, which hosts the site, keeps standard access logs: your IP address, browser, the page requested, the response code and the time.
The season calendar and the lot-size helper run in your browser. Nothing you pick or type is sent to us until you press Send. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts.
How we use it
- To read your checklist and write you a scoping document, or to answer your question.
- To write to or call you about it.
- To keep spam and abuse off the site.
- To meet our obligations under state and federal law.
We do not send it to contractors or sell it
We do not send your request, quote or details to contractors, and we take no payment from contractors for referrals. We have never sold, rented or traded personal records to data brokers, ad networks or lead sellers, and we will not.
Who else handles it
- Google (Firebase Hosting and Firestore) hosts the site and stores what you send through the form.
- Namecheap, the domain registrar, forwards mail sent to hello@lawnmowing.directory.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete what you sent. Email hello@lawnmowing.directory with "Privacy request" in the subject, and we will reply.
Keeping it safe, and for how long
Data moves over HTTPS, and Google encrypts what it stores. We keep a request until you ask us to delete it or we no longer need it to answer you.
