Terms of use
In short: this site is a door to finalist.cc, where a person reads a mowing quote or a description of a yard and writes a note back. It does not mow lawns, hire crews, list contractors or send your request to contractors.
Using the site
By browsing lawnmowing.directory (the "Site") or sending information through it, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.
What the tools are, and are not
The season calendar, the lot-size helper, the checklist and the glossary on the Site are for planning and information only. A benchmark note or scoping document from finalist.cc describes a quote or a job; it is not a price judgment or advice to hire anyone.
- No contract from a form. Sending a form does not create a contract with us or with any contractor.
- Samples, not quotes. The calendar shows a sample season and a count of cuts for planning. It is not a schedule, a price or an offer, and the real schedule depends on the lawn, the weather and what you agree with a contractor.
- No contractor list, no referrals. The Site publishes no list of contractors. We do not send your request, quote or details to contractors. Anyone you hire is an independent business and answers for its own work; we do not supervise or warrant it.
Acceptable use
Use the Site only for lawful inquiries. Do not:
- Run scrapers, crawlers or other tools to harvest the Site's content or tool data in bulk.
- Send fraudulent, deceptive or spam submissions.
- Probe, breach or try to compromise the Site's security or servers.
- Impersonate any person, business or professional.
Ownership
The text, software tools, marks, layouts and graphics on the Site belong to Our Landmen LLC or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Our Landmen LLC and its affiliates, officers and contractors are not liable for any indirect, punitive, special or consequential damages from your use of, or reliance on, information on the Site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable federal law of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
